Raya dengan suasana baru ..
hahhaha .. kat kawasan umah aku skang ni semua block tgh di cat baru termasuk la umah aku ... kontraktor kata meka dpt projek utk cat semua block kat tmn melati ni .. ok la.. sebab block-block kat tmn melati ni tak pernah di cat .. hehehe .. so sekali di cat .. nampak la ok nye .. n kami sefamili pun amik kesempatan utk cat dlm umah skali .. n ini la hasilnye .. so beraya la kami semua dengan suasana baru .... hehehh

... SAY NO ...
terdapat agenda tersendiri yang akan mencemarkan perpaduan rakyat Malaysia berbilang kaum selama ini. Ia juga akan memburukkan imej negara di mata dunia. Mari kita sama-sama berdoa agar keharmonian rakyat Malaysia sentiasa utuh dan dijauhi musibah.

DEMONSTRASI

1.Kita tak dapat nafi bahawa berdemonstrasi mempunyai tempat dalam pengamalan demokrasi. Saya baru kembali dari lawatan ke Mesir. Seperti kita semua maklum satu demonstrasi besar di Kaherah telah berjaya menjatuhkan Kerajaan Hosni Mubarak.
2.Tetapi kesan demonstrasi tidak terhad kepada kejatuhan Kerajaan. Ekonomi Mesir merosot dengan amat teruk. Mesir, yang banyak bergantung kepada pelancongan mengalami kemerosotan 80 peratus semasa demonstrasi berlaku. Hari ini pun pelancong belum kembali dan banyaklah hotel yang kosong.
3.Serangan terhadap polis adalah satu jenayah. Sudah tentu jika polis diserang, maka polis terpaksa menggunakan kekerasan. Jika polis guna kekerasan maka ini akan dijadikan isu oleh yang berdemonstrasi.
4.Mungkin kerana ingin mengelak daripada tindak balas maka polis diarah berundur dan tinggalkan tempat demonstrasi tidak dikawal. Keadaan ini merbahaya kerana orang awam tidak mendapat perlindungan polis lagi.
5.Sudah tentu pemulihan ekonomi terganggu. Pelancong tidak kembali dan jauh sekali pelaburan oleh pelabur tempatan dan asing. Pengangguran bertambah dan yang miskin menderita bertambah.
6.Walaupun demonstrasi diterima dalam demokrasi, ia tidak boleh diguna dengan sewenang-wenangnya. Jauh daripada memberi manfaat kepada rakyat, ia menambah masalah bagi rakyat.
7.Pihak tertentu merancang untuk mengadakan demonstrasi besar-besaran pada 9hb Julai ini. Apakah benar demonstrasi ini bertujuan untuk membersihkan proses pilihanraya?
8.Jika disemak tuntutan yang dibuat lebih merupakan tuduhan terhadap Kerajaan dan bukan tuntutan sebenar. Tujuannya ialah untuk memburukkan Kerajaan supaya meraih sokongan dalam pilihanraya akan datang.
9.Walaupun pengurusan pilihanraya di Malaysia mempunyai beberapa kelemahan tetapi hakikatnya di Negara ini parti lawan boleh menang. Demikianlah pentadbiran pilihanraya di Malaysia sehingga pada tahun 2008 parti lawan dapat menawan lima buah negeri, satu wilayah dan berjaya mengurangkan ahli Dewan Rakyat sehingga tidak tercapai matlamat dua pertiga seperti yang biasa dimenangi oleh parti Kerajaan.
10.Bandinglah dengan pilihanraya di Negara-negara lain termasuk jiran terdekat kita di mana parti bukan Kerajaan tidak dapat wakil dalam dewan sama sekali. Yang menang daripada parti lawan akan dituduh dengan pelbagai tuduhan dan dihadapkan ke mahkamah. Maka mahkamah pun menghukum mereka salah dan tidak dapat mengambil tempat mereka dalam dewan. Ada yang dibenar masuk tetapi tidak berani bercakap. Kalau bercakap tidak akan dilapor dalam media.
11.Ada pula diwujudkan kumpulan pembangkang dalam parti Kerajaan. Ini adalah satu sandiwara politik.
12.Dalam pilihanraya yang baru lepas pun banyak tekanan digunakan oleh Kerajaan berkenaan. Sebab itu jumlah calon pembangkang yang menang amat kecil.
13.Malangnya terdapat di Malaysia parti yang berasas dari parti negara jiran ini yang ingin supaya negara ini juga menerima contoh pentadbiran negara jiran. Seperti dengan parti di negara jiran, pada mulanya janji dibuat untuk mendirikan Kerajaan yang baik dan adil. Apabila sahaja rakyat memberi kepercayaan jenis pemerintahan yang didirikan jauh berbeza daripada yang dijanjikan.
14.Memang pun ada sekatan tertentu di negara ini terhadap kebebasan liberal yang didapati di negara barat. Sekatan ini diperlukan kerana mengelak daripada huru-hara berlaku.
15.Pada 1969 berkempen dibenar sepenuhnya iaitu enam minggu. Pada masa kempen, parti politik menggunakan perkauman untuk menarik sokongan. Parti-parti Kerajaan pun terpaksa menggunakan soal perkauman. Balas-membalas berkenaan isu ini dalam kempen menyebabkan ketegangan antara kaum-kaum. Dengan itu berlakulah 13 Mei yang berdarah.
16.Untuk mengurangkan kemungkinan kempen membakar hati, maka dikurangkan masa berkempen. Lagi pun parti pembangkang berkempen sepanjang masa. Perhimpunan dalam rapat parti pembangkang lebih kerap daripada parti Kerajaan. Demikianlah kebebasan di Malaysia.
17.Tidak ada sebab kenapa demonstrasi perlu diadakan di negara ini. Wakil Rakyat parti lawan begitu ramai. Jika kajian perlu dibuat berkenaan undang-undang dan pengurusan pilihanraya, peluang yang banyak terdapat dalam dewan-dewan untuk membangkit dan membahas perkara-perkara ini. Tetapi peluang-peluang ini tidak digunakan sepenuhnya. Sebaliknya demonstrasi hendak diadakan. Apa tujuannya? Membersihkan pilihanraya atau mencuba memburukkan imej parti Kerajaan.
18.Di Mesir saya ditanya kenapakah pentadbiran negara Islam tidak ada yang baik. Saya terpaksa mengaku yang orang Islam mudah diperalatkan.

It's long but very informative .. ;)
We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and *when* to eat. ?
What is the correct way of eating fruits?
*IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! * FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.** *
If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.
*FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.* Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.
In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.....
So please eat your fruits on an *empty* *stomach* or before your meals! You have heard people complaining - every time I eat watermelon I burp, when when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet etc - actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!
Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will *NOT* happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.
There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.
When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only *fresh* fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to
taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.
But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. *APPLE:* An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon
cancer, heart attack & stroke.
*STRAWBERRY:* Protective Fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body from cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals.
*ORANGE** :* Sweetest medicine. Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessens the risk of colon cancer.
*WATERMELON:* Coolest thirst quencher.. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene - the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are vitamin C & Potassium.

Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the

This time ... I want story about my nephew ... I have three nephews ... they are growing ... the eldest was six years old (Arisya Syahirah) .. second is four-year-old (arish sharifuddin) .... n least 2 years old (akish shihabuddin) ... their mama is currently pregnant with a fourth ...
This I put pictures of them ... they were always entertaining my family with their mischievous affected .. wakakkakka .. If they fight each other .. Herm. only god knows .. but that's makes us happy ... If they are not in the house .. silence will happen n i dont like that situation .. hehehe ..
